Years of travelling, life in community and experimentations result in the gathering of its members from different backgrounds and cultures. It came to us naturally that conscious cooking was the pillar of a lot of joy and happiness.

 

Our mission is to travel the world and share our love through the menus we create.

Our food is exotic, and inspired. We select always fresh and local products to elaborate our dishes and make the best of the flavors we encounter during our wanderings.

 

Our booth can take different aspect, from a 20 square meters kitchen, up to 40-meter square with a chilling tent of 60 square meter where the people can seat and eat. We can work with our own supply of electricity and water on short periods, but we always prefer a direct access to water and electricity coming from the place we settle.

The main objectives of the project are:

​

  • Provide healthy, homemade food using local and organic ingredients as much as possible.

  • Promote vegetarianism and veganism among members and the public.

  • Feeding people in need, such as the homeless, migrants, the less fortunate, and groups who need a mobile kitchen during a one-off event.

  • Minimize waste and food waste.

  • Create a pleasant, artistic and original space for the public to eat or chill.

  • Living and cooking in a democratic, community and associative way
